Order Processing

Ecru will process your online order within 1–2 days given all items are in stock. Occasionally items may be oversold. We will contact you if any of your items are backordered in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order.

Ecru primarily uses UPS for shipping but we reserve the right to ship USPS if it proves to be more time and cost efficient.  All orders shipping to PO Boxes or APO addresses will be shipped USPS.

Shipping charges shown apply to the continental United States only.  Additional charges will apply to Hawaii, Alaska and addresses outside the United States.  In these cases we will email additional shipping charges for approval before processing the order.

Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Ground Shipping

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be charged due to the fact that Ecru’s principal place of business is in Oregon, which currently does not have a sales tax.

Return Policy

Items purchased from Ecru may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition and packaging.  Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Privacy

Ecru only collects information on our customers for the sole purpose of order tracking and record keeping of orders placed online. This information is limited to customer name, address, email and telephone number.  Ecru will only contact you by phone or email in the event of a problem with a web order place via ecrupaper.com/shop/.  Ecru does not retain sensitive customer information such as credit card numbers or share any customer information.

Security

Ecru takes security very seriously. We have taken every precaution to secure your privacy online.  In order to protect against the theft, manipulation, and loss of information collected at ecrupaper.com/shop/ your information is password protected and is available only to persons whom need it to fulfill your web orders, or answer specific questions that you may have.
